3 Stretches for Lower Back Pain 😣

I'm not sure if my lower back pain is because I'm tall or because of my terrible posture. Either way, I have mastered the stretches that actually work after a long day.

Starting with the cat-cow pose really open up and loosens up those tight back muscles. I tend to do knee-to-chest last because it requires more abdominal strength which can be hard with tight back muscles.

Of course these are simple and non-invasive ways to help lower back pain but if your pain is caused by something bigger you will need to get that checked out by a professional!
