The upper back tattoo did not hurt at all. I would say the pain level is about 4/10. The only part that did hurt was when it was getting closer to the middle spine. Middle spine tattoo hurt a little more but not as bad as my sternum tattoo. The pain level was around 6/10. When it got to the win
