Grocery Haul! My go-to items for muscle growth!

If you're focused on your fitness journey and your physique goals, I'm sure you have heard about how important your nutrition is! Here are some go-to's and must haves to help you gain muscle, lose fat, and reach your physique goals!

🥩 PROTEINS: eggs, egg whites, tilapia, salmon, ground turkey, yogurt, cottage cheese!.. Some other staples being steak, ground beef, chicken, shrimp!

🍚 CARBOHYDRATES: rice, rice cakes, sourdough bread!.. Some other staples being potatoes, grits, oatmeal, quinoa!

🥑 FATS: nut butter, avocado!.. Some other staples being nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, pecans), dark chocolate, olive oil, cheese!

🍌 FRUITS & VEGETABLES: carrots, lettuce, tomato, kiwi, berries, banana, mango!.. Some other staples being cucumbers, bell peppers, celery, pineapple, watermelon!

🍟 EXTRAS: popcorners, pickles, condiments/sauces!.. Make sure you keep a few snacks and enjoyable things in your pantry/fridge as well! I like to aim for snacks I really enjoy & crave often as a treat to have!
