SUGAR FREE DIET DAY 13
AKA CANDIDA CLEANSE DIET
-finally incorporating fruits (strawberries) after absolutely zero fruits for the first two weeks
-i have taken into considering delicious zero sugar options
-i find that looking for keto/paleo labels typically help because those diets are zero or low sugar
-don’t be too hard on yourself if you dabble here in there in a bite or two of foods you shouldn’t eat (keep going)
-all in all I’ve been loving this diet, it’s been helping me be aware/mindful of the foods I’m putting in my system AND learning to read food ingredients and PAYING CLOSE ATTENTION to the sugar labels
-even when I finish this diet after a month I’m going to push forward with these new tactics I’ve been learning and making sure I take the lowest sugar option because literally all the foods out there have like INSANE amounts of sugar!!
