No Added Sugar Diet: Worth It??

I have been seeing the no added sugar diet trending online a ton lately!

Honestly in my opinion, the word "diet" always sounds like a fad, and this seems more of like a healthy lifestyle choice. It is not really restrictive, it's more of making smarter choices!

SO many things have sugar in them, including things you'd never even guess have added sugar! Remember there's a difference between added sugar and naturally occuring sugar. Naturally occuring sugar, like sugar found in fruit, is NOT bad for you! It's the added cane sugar and sugars like that, that are not the best.

Over consuming sugar can affect your health long term and short. It even ages you! It is also addicting, the more you consume, the more you want.

Avoiding added sugars can:

-depuff your body

-may help with weight loss

-reduce risk of diabetes and heart disease

-reduce sugar cravings

-help you crave healthier foods

-healthier and younger looking face

-so much more!

You may experience withdrawal like symptoms depending on your current sugar consumption amounts, in the beginning. But overall, it is such a great decision to try to avoid added sugars when you can.

To be honest the added sugars are so unnecessary when you already see how much sugar is in the stuff already. Like it will have 40grams of sugar then like another 40 added sugar. It makes no sense.
