This smoothie is my daily go-to when I want something filling, clean, and packed with nutrients — perfect for staying on track with my weight loss goals (and it actually tastes good 👏).

💚 Recipe:

• 1 cup frozen berries

• 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds

• 1 scoop protein powder

• 2 tbsp PB Powder (like PB2)

• 2 cups spinach

• 2 cups water + handful of ice
