Okay, so you've seen my amazing sunrise capture from an Abu Dhabi beach – seriously, that rainbow was a dream! If you're like me and trying to embrace the '6 AM girlie' lifestyle, or just want to experience the magic of Abu Dhabi's coast, mornings are absolutely the best time. Abu Dhabi boasts some truly stunning beaches, each with its own vibe. The Corniche Beach is probably the most famous, stretching for miles with pristine sands and clear waters. It's perfect for a leisurely stroll or a jog as the sun comes up. You'll find plenty of facilities, like cafes just starting to open, and it's super accessible. For a more luxurious and serene experience, Saadiyat Beach is a must-visit. The sand here is incredibly soft, and the turquoise waters are often home to dolphins and even turtles! Imagine having this beauty almost to yourself during those early hours. It's usually quieter, making it ideal for a peaceful start to your day. Then there's Yas Beach, which offers a more vibrant atmosphere later in the day, but in the early morning, it's a calm oasis. It’s great if you’re staying nearby or want to combine your beach trip with other Yas Island attractions. Why go so early, you ask? Well, aside from glimpses of rainbows and breathtaking sunrises, the early morning at an Abu Dhabi beach is simply magical. The air is cooler, the crowds are minimal, and there's this incredible sense of peace. It's the perfect way to clear your head, get some gentle exercise, and truly connect with nature before the city fully wakes up. For someone like me on 'Day 7 of becoming a 6am girlie', these moments are what make the early alarms totally worth it. Tips for Your Early Morning Abu Dhabi Beach Trip: Check Sunrise Times: A quick Google search will tell you exactly when to aim for those golden hour shots. Hydrate! Even in the morning, the UAE sun can be strong. Bring water. Light Layers: It might be a little cool right at dawn, then quickly warms up. Capture the Moment: Don't forget your phone or camera! The light is just incredible. Respect Local Customs: Dress modestly when arriving and leaving, and be mindful of your surroundings. Embracing the 6 AM challenge is tough, but seeing the sun kiss the horizon over the Arabian Gulf, maybe even catching a rainbow like I did, makes every early start unforgettable. It truly sets a positive tone for the entire day. Give it a try, you might just become a '6 AM girlie' too!

i love these videos so much and no hate like at allll but for adults 6 am is sooo early but they expect kids to wake up at 456 o’clock in the morning and it’s just another day. NO HATE but this just shows how messed up this day and century is.
