Gotta love Trader Joe’s
Thank you Trader Joe’s! Tonight I decided to cook my salmon and broccoli from Trader Joe’s. I had to add Mac and cheese for my son but it was all delicious!
I made honey barbecue glazed salmon with garlic roasted broccoli. But you can go the better route and use olive oil and your favorite seasonings! Sorry I didn’t add a picture of the final results. I was to hungry! 😋😂
Ingredients
✨1 pack of Trader Joe’s fresh salmon
✨1/2 a pack of Trader Joe’s broccoli
My sauce for the salmon
✨1/2 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce
✨1/4 cup of honey
✨1/4 of brown sugar
✨3 table spoons of soy
✨1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
✨1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper
Seasoning for the broccoli
✨3 table spoons of olive oil (I used canola oil)
✨3 teaspoons of garlic powder
✨ 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
✨1/2 teaspoons of salt
After seasoning the broccoli and adding my sauce to the salmon, I put them both in the oven on 450 for 15 minutes. (Make sure the salmon is sink down and add a little bit of salt and pepper seasoning.)
