This was taken 10/4/25 I see a little growth last length check I’ve changed my shampoo and conditioner in which was a good change I have less shedding and I have kept my hair in two low maintenance braids. I do still oil every day and I keep leave in conditioner in my hair reapplying it everyday.

Here is a length check…still no move on growth but again I haven’t been braiding it up neither. I had my hair in braids an started spraying rosemary and clove water which made a lot of my hair fall out an I mean by the clumps. So I ditched the braids for some time. Just three weeks of my hair journey doing this good just makes me know my results that I’m looking for is going
