Ok let me just start by saying the 3 ballerina tea is THE TRUTH by itself ! If you need a good cleanse or you’re just feeling bloated, this tea is perfect for that. Also good for dieting, it kinda helps curves my appetite. Just make sure to drink plenty of water after drinking it 💦 and make sure you don’t have to run any errands because you will be on the toilet 😆 POOPING THEM LBS OUT! Literally can loose 4-5lbs in a week drinking this! I’ve done it myself !
I drink mine hot, i don’t really like the taste so sometimes I mix a little lemon juice, honey & apple cider vinegar for flavor (you don’t have to mix it with anything) . It does make me cramp a little but it’s not like painful cramping ! It’s more like my body telling me HEY 👋🏾 ITS TIME TOO POOP AGAIN 😂😂 everybody’s body is different tho. And another thing, add 2 tea bags for a more deep cleanse! 😏👌🏾 thank me later ..
Drink it 3-4 days out the week then take a break, or drink it 2days, skip a day, then drink it again

Now the pineapple peel tea is also healthy ! Yes I’ll be mixing the 2 for flavor of course while still receiving healthy benefits from the pineapple peel tea as well.

I also boiled the pineapple core and half a lime with the pineapple peel. Sometimes I add cinnamon & honey too. Just not this time .
