How I Mix My Protein Drinks ✨

I love these protein drinks but I can not drink it by itself because of the gritty texture. The flavor is good it’s just a texture thing for me, if that makes sense lol I can’t explain it.

So yes. I mix my protein drinks to my liking, my top two flavors are CARAMEL & Vanilla, they have all different flavors but these are my favorites.

I’ve been strength training/building muscle, so I have to eat/drink more protein. I drink these almost every morning and between lifting weights and drinking these I must say the areas I’ve been targeting, the muscles are definitely growing which are my legs/hips butt.

I have seen people who are trying to gain weight say that these protein drinks help with gaining weight as well.

Here’s what I mix with my protein drinks .

-Caramel

-Coffee

-Vanilla Creamer or Caramel Macchiato

-Vanilla Syrup

-Almond Milk(sometimes)

And also if im on the go I’ll go to Starbucks.

-Ask for a cup of ice

-2 shots of espresso

-Vanilla creamer

-Caramel

-Pour protein drink in
