im very type A and always felt behind if i didn’t have my vision board, 2026 goals, workout routine, and annual meal plan done by Jan 1. And what that did was trigger my success anxiety, and made me operate from a fear mindset, and at times would have me paralyzed in bed, or working so much I wasn’t sleeping.
