April 2024 I was a 1 year postpartum, and had recently went through a miscarriage.. I was struggling mentally and physically.. I had literally hit rock bottom.
I hadn’t lost a single pound since giving birth, i had no energy, my gut physically hurt, my mental health was the worst it’s ever been, i was literally counting down the hours until my son would go to bed so i could go to bed.. I thought there was no light at the end of the tunnel. I had lost my sparkle, my joy in life. I felt like I had no one..
