An Oregonians Favorite Waterfalls
Oregon is FULL of waterfalls to visit, and it's hard to narrow down my favorites!
1. Tamawanas Falls: do this trail in the summer or winter, its a moderate hike and even harder in snowshoes. This hike is 3.4 miles with 580 feet of elevation gain.
2. Drift Creek Falls: arguably my favorite part of this trail is the suspension bridge. This hike is 3.1 miles long, rated moderate with 518 feet of elevation gain.
3. Abiqua Falls: located on private land, so be sure to use the designated trail (that is allowed). This hike is rated hard as there are steep sections you use rope to get towards the gully. Use proper footwear! ITs only .07 miles long with 249 feet of elevation gain.
4. Tunnel Falls: just as epic as it is long! This hike takes you BEHIND a waterfall! It is 12.2 miles long with 2,142 feet of elevation gain.
