Motivation fueled by faith has been a powerful source of strength for many people navigating life's challenges. Messages like "Girl get up!" serve as urgent calls to persevere despite difficulties. The combination of encouragement to rise and the hashtags such as #faithoverfear and #godgotme demonstrate how spiritual beliefs can reinforce resilience. For individuals juggling roles like parenting (#momlife, #toddlermom) and managing daily responsibilities, maintaining faith and motivation is especially important. Many find that embracing a mindset of hope and trust in a higher power provides emotional support and a framework for overcoming adversity. In addition to faith-based inspiration, practical motivation involves setting small, achievable goals and celebrating progress, which can build confidence and momentum. When facing unexpected setbacks, such as needing repairs or assistance as alluded to in the phrase "charge me to fix my phone," having a supportive community helps alleviate stress and fosters problem-solving. Ultimately, sharing motivational insights and personal experiences creates an inclusive space where individuals uplift each other. Whether through social media forums or personal conversations, these exchanges promote mental well-being and encourage continuous personal growth.

I think this message was for me. i had a double mastectomy with reconstruction after fight three years with breast cancer. it's only been a month and i'm so sick of just laying around.I've been getting up and moving a lot more. But my family, because they love me, they keep telling me, don't do anything.Don't cook, mom, sit down.Stop cleaning which makes me feel useless. well last night nobody was downstairs, and that kitchen was a mess. I just can't sleep when the kitchen is a mess.So I wash dishes and clean the counters and you know, those cast iron pots and pounds are heavy, but then I was real, tired and I went upstairs to shower but my stomach (That's the sight that they took all the extra skin to put inside of my breasts), what's all bleeding?I guess I ripped stitches. so all in all, my family was right. But you know how mom's cant put their mind at ease or calm when there messes around and my children, they help but their young adults. So, you know, it doesn't bother them to have christmas presents in the living room floor or clothes to fold just thrown on the couch. for us, moms, young and old, we cant! we just NEED to have a clean house to have a peaceful mind.
