I love a good lazy sunday. I really try to do the least amount of work on sundays because I always believed they're a day for resting & resetting yourself for the week. 🧘🏾♀️
I love journaling and try to do it at least once a week to recap how i feel, reflect on the past week, and set goals for myself for the new week. Nobody can understand you like you understand yourself and the best way for me to channel that is through journaling ✨
I've learned that it's SUPER important to clean your space for the new week. I think it's just sets up the vibe and energy for the new week. When my space would be messy, it led to my mind being messy as well. A clean space provides me with a clear mind. 💆🏾♀️
I'm absolutely OBSESSED with my nintendo switch and I'm obsessed with playing cozy games. It gives me a break from mindlessly scrolling on social media and the games I play relaxes me and are also really fun! ☁️
