Peach-Mango Lemonade 🍑🥭…..from scratch
Things are heating up outside, but we’re staying cool and refreshed inside. I’ve been making my own lemonade for a while now, so I wanted to show just how quick and easy it is. This drink is perfect for the summer and gives you all of the sweetness of a regular lemonade, without the added sugars and preservatives.
Ingredient:
5 Peaches 🍑
2 Mangos 🥭
3 Lemons 🍋
Coconut water
Sweetener of your choice (I used stevia for a healthier option)
How to make:
1. Chop up your fruit.
2. Blend fruit together. (I used a splash of coconut water to loosen it up a little)
3. Squeeze 3 lemons into your pitcher to get lemon juice.
4. Add in your blended fruit.
5. Add in your coconut water (regular water is fine also). I used about a liter of coconut water, but you may have to adjust based on how much you’re making.
6. Sweeten your lemonade to taste.
7. ENJOY 🍑🥭🍋🍹

Making your own peach mango lemonade at home is a fantastic way to enjoy a fresh, flavorful, and healthier alternative to store-bought drinks. Using ripe peaches and mangos not only adds natural sweetness but also provides valuable vitamins like vitamin C and A, which can support your immune system and skin health. In my experience, choosing organic fruits makes a noticeable difference in flavor and purity, especially when blending fruit skins and pulp. The addition of coconut water is a clever twist—it naturally hydrates with electrolytes like potassium, making it ideal for hot summer days or post-workout refreshment. When preparing this lemonade, I recommend adjusting the amount of coconut water based on your desired consistency—less for a thicker smoothie-style drink, or more for a light, thirst-quenching beverage. For sweetening, stevia is a great zero-calorie option, but you can also try honey or agave syrup for a more natural taste, keeping your drink both delicious and guilt-free. Feel free to experiment by adding fresh mint leaves or a splash of sparkling water for an extra refreshing twist. This homemade peach mango lemonade is not only simple and quick to prepare but also a fantastic way to customize flavors and control the ingredients, ensuring you avoid preservatives and excessive sugars common in commercial lemonade. Sharing this recipe at summer gatherings or enjoying it as a daily cooling treat truly highlights the benefits of creating fresh fruit drinks from scratch. With these tips, you'll have a versatile, tasty beverage that keeps you cool, refreshed, and nourished throughout the warmest months.
