ถ้าใครเคยหาร้านบัวลอยที่ไม่มีไส้แต่กลับเจอบัวลอยไส้งาดำเป็นส่วนใหญ่ จะเข้าใจเลยว่าการเจอร้านที่ขายบัวลอยเม็ดจิ๋วหนึบหนับแบบนี้ถือเป็นความสุขมากจริงๆ ร้านบ้านบัวลอยที่ Food Court ชั้นล่างสุด Central Park สีลมนี้ตอบโจทย์ได้ดีมาก ตัวบัวลอยเม็ดจิ๋วทำสุกทั่วถึง ไม่แข็งหรือนิ่มเกินไป ทำให้สัมผัสเวลาเคี้ยวนั้นหนึบหนับและนุ่มในทุกคำ ส่วนเมนูไอติมบัวลอยที่ผสมผสานไอติมกะทิหอมหวานกับบัวลอยหนึบ ๆ นั้นเป็นอะไรที่เติมเต็มความสดชื่นได้ดีมากในวันที่อากาศร้อนจัด อีกเมนูที่น่าสนใจคือ ขนมปังไอติมบัวลอย ซึ่งใช้ขนมปังอบกรอบนอก ทำให้เพิ่มเท็กซ์เจอร์ในการกิน เพราะความกรอบของขนมปังตัดกับความนุ่มเนียนของไอติมและหนึบหนับของบัวลอยเพิ่มรสชาติและความสนุกไปอีกแบบ แม้จะมีข้อแนะนำเล็กน้อยในเรื่องของอุปกรณ์อย่างช้อนพลาสติกที่บางครั้งตัดขนมปังได้ยาก แต่ก็ไม่เป็นอุปสรรคใหญ่ถึงขั้นทำให้ความอร่อยลดน้อยลง นอกจากนี้ ร้านยังมีบัวลอยน้ำกะทิมาตรฐานทั้งแบบทรงเครื่องและใส่ไข่ที่น่าลองในโอกาสหน้า ด้วยความที่ร้านมีสาขาที่ย่านวังหิน ลาดพร้าวด้วย ใครอยู่ไกลจากสีลมก็สามารถแวะไปชิมได้ไม่ยาก โดยรวมแล้ว ร้านบ้านบัวลอยที่ Central Park สีลมนี้เป็นแหล่งแวะพักเติมความหวานในวันทำงานหรือวันหยุดที่เดินทางสะดวก เพราะตั้งอยู่ใกล้ MRT สีลม และ BTS ศาลาแดง ซึ่งเป็นจุดเดินทางที่ง่ายมาก เดินเข้าห้างได้เลย ร้านดูสะอาด บริการรวดเร็ว เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบทานขนมไทยแบบดั้งเดิมแต่ต้องการความแปลกใหม่ในสไตล์ฟิวชั่นที่รสชาติลงตัวและราคาไม่แพง ถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีสำหรับผู้ที่กำลังมองหาขนมหวานสไตล์ไทยแท้แต่แตกต่าง
