... Read morePolycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is a prevalent hormonal disorder affecting many women worldwide. It often manifests in various ways, including irregular periods, weight gain, and emotional struggles. Understanding and managing PCOS can be challenging, but it can also empower women to embrace their unique stories. Engaging with a community of fellow “PCOS girlies” helps bring awareness to the condition and provides a supportive network for sharing experiences and coping strategies. Progress has been made in PCOS awareness and treatment, yet there is still a long way to go. Education about lifestyle changes, such as maintaining a balanced diet, regular exercise, and emotional wellbeing, is crucial in managing the symptoms effectively. In addition, discussions surrounding mental health issues often associated with PCOS are essential to foster understanding and provide adequate support for those affected. Sharing personal journeys encourages connection, knowledge sharing, and advocacy, helping to normalize conversations about women's health issues like PCOS.

PCOS warrior here. Do your research and choose the best option for you. I reversed alot of my symptoms with herbs and by losing over 100 lbs. Got my cycle back and now on a fertility journey. Most triggers with our hormones start with what we consume even down to perfumes and household cleaning items.
