Lets be so for real, some days are easy to just not wanna be in the mood or do anything but then if you reflect on the amount of those days vs the days you were motivated and focused, can you really say full heartedly that you really did everything you could? Tbh this was a hard conversation I had to have with myself and now I use it with my clients because that wake up call was so real and clear, if you’re not seeing changes take the time to reflect on it ✨
