2 Tips to change:

Tip1: Listen to your body ALWAYS. If there’s anything I’ve learned through my many years of taking fitness seriously is that you can’t rush what takes time. Being intoned with your body makes it easier and less likely to push through a shitty, frustrated workout.

Tip 2: Being intentional about new habits and behaviors. During the beginning of wanting to try something new (please don’t just rely on trendy hacks, do some research) it’s important for one to put in as much work as you want the results to be. Most importantly though, BE SO FOR REAL WOTH YOURSELF about it.
