Replying to: verify all data before listing or buying a house? YES, 100%! Years ago, I listed a friend's house that had never sold, always expired off MLS. Turns out it was listed as 1,000 square feet less than it actually was. I corrected the data, and it sold in a week! Lesson learned: ALWAYS
