For example, sweet potato fries, especially when prepared in an air fryer, offer a satisfying crunch and taste that can replace traditional fries but with fewer calories and more nutrients. I find them a great go-to side dish because they satisfy cravings without derailing calorie goals. Similarly, strawberries are a fantastic sweet treat that adds volume and fiber with minimal calories—perfect for curbing sweet cravings without guilt. Another staple in my weight loss journey has been brown rice ramen noodles. They provide the comforting texture of noodles but with only about 120 calories per serving.
