Sometimes, feelings of self-doubt such as thinking "I'm too ugly for a relationship" can hold people back. Combatting negative self-talk by focusing on your strengths and surrounding yourself with supportive friends can foster confidence that naturally attracts positive relationships. Waiting for a miracle, or the "right person," reflects hope and optimism but also reminds us that love often requires action, putting ourselves out there, and being open to new experiences.
