Let me know ❕

also, I decided to take pictures of all the cute things during my work day ✨💖 it did not disappoint 💓

... Read moreAfter my last post about my mom's 'purse on the floor' superstition, I've been doing some digging, and wow, there's so much more to it than just 'bad luck'! It turns out this belief isn't just my mom's quirky saying; it's quite widespread, especially in many cultures where it's seen as a sign of disrespect towards your money and prosperity. The idea is that placing your purse, which holds your wallet and valuables, on the ground is like throwing away your wealth or inviting financial misfortune. It's almost as if you're telling the universe you don't value your money, so it will inevitably slip away. I've read that in some Asian cultures, this superstition is particularly strong, often linked to the flow of 'chi' or energy. If your purse is on the floor, it's believed that your financial energy is literally draining away. Similarly, in many Latin American cultures, it's a common phrase you'll hear from older generations – a gentle reminder to protect your resources. It really made me think about how these small habits can carry such deep cultural significance and how they're passed down through families. My mom always emphasized it, and now I see why! Beyond the spiritual or superstitious meanings, there are also some very practical reasons why keeping your purse off the floor is a good idea. Think about it: hygiene! Restaurant floors, public restrooms, even your own home floor can be pretty germy. Your purse picks up all sorts of things, and then you bring it home and place it on your bed or counter. Yikes! Plus, there's always the risk of theft if it's out of sight, or even just it getting stepped on or spilled on by accident. Imagine your favorite lipstick or even your cute pink heart mouse getting dirty from the floor – no thank you! My lunch bag holds all my snacks, and I definitely wouldn't want it touching a questionable floor. So, what's a girl to do? I've been trying to be more mindful. I've started looking for hooks under tables, or placing my purse on an empty chair next to me. If I'm at home, I make sure it goes on a designated hook or a clean surface, not just dumped on the floor. It's a small change, but it makes me feel a bit more organized and, who knows, maybe a little luckier too! What are your tricks for keeping your purse off the ground? I'd love to hear them! It's fascinating how these little traditions shape our daily lives. Whether you believe in the superstition or just prefer the practical side of things, it’s clear that keeping your purse off the ground has more benefits than drawbacks. It’s all about respecting your belongings and, perhaps, inviting a bit more prosperity into your life!

first off, I am not saying that inductions don’t survey purpose. I believe whenever they are medically needed you must do always what you and your baby need to do to survive. However, this is just my story, and this is not the case for all inductions. So to start, I originally wanted to have a h
