Setting Intentions...

Setting intentions during mindfulness meditation creates a meaningful anchor for your practice. It’s a gentle reminder of how you want to show up in this moment. Here are the intentions I’m carrying into my personal practice today…

Presence:

Choosing to be fully here, noticing the breath, the sensations in the body, and the space around me.

Compassion:

Offering kindness to myself and others, and meeting each moment with a soft, non-judgmental heart.

Acceptance:

Allowing whatever arises to be whether it’s thoughts, emotions, or sensations it’s ok. Let go and let it flow.

Gratitude:

Honoring the gift of this moment, this breath, and this opportunity to pause and reconnect.
