Replying to @Daisy Peña | SAHM | UGC literally the easiest and fastest way to do my hair. I have a TON of “heatless” styles and overnight things I do. #heatlesshair #overnightblowout #overnightcurlstutorial #easyhair
I’ve been experimenting a lot with heatless hairstyles, especially because I want to avoid damage from hot tools but still enjoy looking polished. One thing I love is starting with my hair about 90% dry—this makes it easier to shape and hold the curls overnight without getting too tangled or frizzy. When creating curls without heat, I map out where I want each curl to fall. The higher up you start the curl, the more volume you get. However, keep in mind that the ends of your hair won’t curl as tightly if you begin the twist too high. To get bouncier curls, I find that twisting my hair less and looping it more works wonders. Using large clips helps me hold the hair in place while I sleep. Also, adding a light texturizing spray before twisting adds grip and enhances volume, doing wonders for fine or limp hair. Plus, incorporating bangs into the style by giving them a slight twist and using a clip can seamlessly blend them into the curls. This heatless method is a game-changer for busy days or when I’m just feeling too lazy for a full hair routine. It feels like cheating, yet the results look gorgeously natural and lively. I highly recommend giving it a try—you wake up looking like you spent time on your hair, without any heat damage or morning rush stress.
