I finally Got a diagnosis. After 2 ER visits and a PCP visit. Was diagnosed with Iliopsoas Syndrome. My doc called it a “Season ending Injury”😭 I injured the muscles beyond healing on their own. He said No Marathon, no long distance running. He says I’m out for 2 months. Next couple months i have
