This week’s bouquet is a reminder to see the brighter side of life. It’s so easy to get caught in the downward spiral of pessimism and negativity. Whether it’s comparison, judgement, low self-esteem, or hopelessness, a negative worldview can make the best of time feel like the worst.

Here’s some practical ways to literally change your mind. These tips can help you change your mindset in real-time. You’ll be able to stop negativity in its tracks and manifest the life you deserve!

✨ Walk with me as we journey toward health, positivity, and authenticity ✨

💕 Acknowledge The Thought(s): Acknowledgement is key when healing a pessimistic mind. Allowing negative thoughts time and space to simply be will amplify their irrelevance and strip them of their power.

💕 Thought Stopping: When negativity inevitably rears its ugly head, tell those thoughts to “STOP!” Literally. Say “Stop” out loud, replace that thought with an equal affirmation, then add some physical action (e.g., snapping a rubber band on your writst) to reinforce the verbal interruption.

💕 Radical Self-Acceptance: Self-acceptance is the key to health and longevity. Get to know yourself in every way, then watch pessimism and dis•ease bounce off instead of overwhelming you. If you genuinely love yourself, how could anyone or anything take that from you?
