God's timing, not mine.

It's so easy to feel impatient, isn't it? We set goals, we work hard, and we PRAY for things to happen on our timeline. But I’ve learned, sometimes the greatest lessons come when we surrender our timing to GOD's. What exactly is 'divine timing'? For me, it's the beautiful belief that everything unfolds exactly when and how it's meant to, orchestrated by a loving Creator who knows what's best. It's not about things "never arriving prematurely" or being "late," but about perfect readiness. Learning to TRUST God's timing in my spiritual journey has been transformative. There were so many times I wished for something immediately, feeling frustrated by delays. But looking back, I can see how those waiting periods were essential. They gave me time to grow, to gain STRENGTH, and to build MOTIVATION in ways I couldn't have imagined. It's truly about believing in God's plan, knowing that His way is always better, even if it feels like a detour from MY DREAMS or MY GOALS. One of the most powerful tools I've found in this journey is consistent PRAYER. Spending time with God isn't just about asking for things; it’s about building a relationship, listening, and finding SERENITY amidst uncertainty. When I feel myself getting anxious about 'when God' will act, I remind myself of verses like Matthew 21:22 – "And whatever you ask in prayer, you will receive, if you have faith." But also, verses like Isaiah 40:31, which says, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." This isn't just a promise; it's an invitation to lean into 'the God time,' where true renewal happens. Is divine timing real? Absolutely! I've seen it play out in my own life countless times. Moments where I prayed for something, and it didn't come when I expected, only to realize later that the delay protected me or prepared me for something far greater. It's in these moments that my faith truly deepens, and I understand that 'God says I give late but always give better.' This isn't just a quote; it's a testament to His unwavering love and wisdom. So, how do we cultivate this trust? It starts by consciously letting go of our need for control. It means continuing to WORK on ourselves, to pursue our passions, and to live with purpose, all while holding onto the conviction that God is working behind the scenes. It's about remembering that faith in God includes faith in His timing, even when you're waiting for someone you love, a new opportunity, or a major life change. Let’s strive to BE CLOSER to Him, finding comfort in His presence, knowing that His divine timing is always perfect, full of grace and purpose.
