💆‍♀️ Skin Nourishment Step Sequence + Guaza

1.Clean / prepare the skin

Products: Torriden DIVE IN Multi Pad Toner

Function: Wipe Clean Residue After Face Wash, Helps Balance Skin and Refill Primary Hydrating

Reason: Use it as the first step after washing your face to adjust pH and get your skin ready for nourishment in the next step.

2.Essence / Lotion (Nourishing and Preparing Deep Skin)

Products: Dior Prestige La Micro-Lotion de Rose

Function: Fill in deep hydration and soothe the skin, ready to help smooth the skin balance.

Reason: The texture is light, sensitive, so it should be down before a more intense serum or cream.

3. Lubricant for Massage (Serum Concentrate)

Products: Dior Prestige La Micro-Huile de Rose (Activated Series)

Function: It is a semi-oily serum, it restores the skin, provides flexibility and increases slipperiness for massaging guaza.

Reason: Used before guaza to reduce friction, prevent irritation and help massage skin slip hands.

4. Gua Sa massage

Equipment: Guaza stone

Functions: Stimulate blood circulation, expel waste in the lymphatic system, lift, reduce swelling, and help the skin receive better nourishment.

Reason: Do it while the skin is slippery from the serum (item 3) to avoid irritation and get maximum efficiency.

5. Face mask

• PRODUCT: LuLun YAMANASHI NAGANO FRONT MARK SHEET

• Function: Quickly add water and moisturizing the skin, relax the skin after stimulation with guaza, and expose the skin to nourishing substances from the specific formula of the mask in concentrated amounts.

• Reason: LuLuLun emphasizes daily moisturizing / urgent nourishment. Using after guaza will help the blood-flowing skin fully absorb the essence, immediately saturating and refreshing the skin.

6. Serum (Deep Skin Rejuvenation)

Products: Dior Prestige La Micro-Huile de Rose (Activated Series)

Function: Restore skin strength, help skin tighten, tighten, glow, and reduce wrinkles, with deep hydration.

Reasons: After the mask, the skin is soft and open to nourishment. Going down the serum again will enhance skin restoration from the inside and make the skin look fuller, more lively.

(Note: If this serum in verse 3 is already used in large quantities, it can be skipped in verse 6, or selected in another serum instead, such as a light serum to enrich spot nourishment)

7.Moisturizer (moisturizing lock)

Products: Cetaphil Moisturising Lotion

Function: Lock off all moisture and nourishing substances that go down before, enhancing the skin shield.

Reason: Lotion texture is more concentrated than water or serum, so it should be used as a final step to maintain skin balance and prevent water loss.

8. Facial massage (by hand)

Equipment: hands / fingers

Function: Helps moisturizer absorb deeper, stimulate the circulatory system, and help relax facial muscles.

Reason: It is the final step that promotes the permeability of the product, and ends the routine with a relaxed, refreshing feeling.

P.S. Cryo Facial / Cold Therapy can be used after step 8.

• Functions: Reduce skin temperature, close pores, tighten skin and help sustain nourishing agents.

• Reason: After going through massage and guaza, the skin is warm and open. Using cold helps the skin recover quickly, reduces redness, and enhances nourishment to maintain maximum efficiency.
