Lose weight without looking at numbers, but really reduce. How to see
Compared, forget it. This skinny feeling is a little confusing.
Because it's not just numbers. Some people don't feel thin yet. 😂
If looking at the total numbers
❗️ total weight + 0.6 kg
❗️ weight excluding fat + 0.5 kg
BMR Higher (1231 → 1244 kcal)
But deep down, I find
🩷 fat% decreased 27.8 → 27.6% (-0.2%).
🩷 19.9 → 19.7% reduction in subcutaneous fat
🩷 fat mass (kg) constant = "non-added" fat 🥰
Muscle 💚 + 0.5 kg
💚 body water + 0.4 kg
➡️ means weight gain, ❌ not fat. ❌
The more you look at the shape, the better you understand yourself. The clothes are looser, the body is softer, the legs are not squeezed, the belly is not as tight as before, the waist is clearer, the proportion is changed from the fat that really begins to reduce.
Sometimes, when we don't take care of ourselves for a long time, there's a catchword:
"The body is very broken" is really broken, and the body knows that what is broken is more important because the body has to do it all the way for us.
