Why it’s Important to Edit your Photos 📸
As a photographer, I can say it might be obvious, but editing is a HUGE part of my job! These photos actually have less edits than I usually have, but it’s still important to do the basics and remove unwanted/distracting objects in the background. The first and third photos were supposed to look “dreamy” so that’s the way I edited the photos. The second photo was taken during a similar shoot but was more “whimsical”, although this photo was not (I can show more of the photos from the shoot if requested)- I just used it as an example on how background can make a huge difference for the whole photo! my biggest advice is to try and look at your photo with a different set of eyes and see where your attention is drawn. If your eyes are drawn somewhere you don’t want them to be, make changes until your eyes are drawn to your subject/where you want them to be drawn.
