EATANIC GARDEN COURSE 🇰🇷

1/16 Edited to

... Read moreTrying the Eatanic Garden course was truly an unforgettable adventure in Korean fine dining. Among all the courses, the Tarakjuk Truffle stood out with its creamy, warm flavor that paired perfectly with rice boiled in milk. I appreciated how each dish was meticulously prepared, balancing tastes and textures flawlessly. The crispy potato parae with seaweed and sesame leaf was one of my favorites—it had such a satisfying crunch and unique savory notes that really elevated the meal. I also loved the Naengchae Jelly appetizer filled with fresh seafood, including snow crab; its colorful presentation was as appealing as its fresh, flavorful bite. Another highlight was the visually stunning Bomdong course, topped with caviar and dried seafood glaze, offering a rich and hearty taste. The secret nightlight course with parsley water and burst-of-flavor broth added an intriguing contrast to the meal. The Samgyetang with crispy skin and sticky rice had a perfectly balanced tanginess and was incredibly tender. I couldn’t get enough of the Bulgogi course either—flavorful yet light, complemented by mushrooms and onions that brought great texture balance. To finish, the White Kimchi dessert with sweet potato and brown sugar sauce was a memorable sweet note, leaving me eager to revisit this extraordinary dining experience. Overall, the Eatanic Garden offers a sophisticated blend of traditional Korean flavors with modern presentation—highly recommended for anyone looking to savor authentic, artfully presented Korean cuisine.
