my booty was BURNING after this workout 🍑🔥
this workout was NO joke ! if you’re looking for a good booty pump THIS IS IT 🥵🍑
- adductors
- db goblet squats
- dumbbell rdls
- hip thrusts
- cable kickbacks
i recommend doing 1-3 warm up sets for all exercises just to get your body adjusted to what you’re about to push through. and when you feel ready, go ALL IN !! feel the shake, feel the burn, feel the final final push before you can’t lift anymore !

Okay, so you've seen my go-to booty-burning workout, and trust me, it's a game-changer for really targeting those glutes! But to truly 'up your booty' game and see those gains, it's not just about doing the exercises – it's about doing them right and understanding why they work. Here are some extra tips I've learned that make a huge difference: 1. Master the Mind-Muscle Connection: This is HUGE for glutes! For every rep, really focus on squeezing your glutes. For exercises like adductors, feel that inner thigh engagement, focusing on the 'inner thigh' as mentioned in the OCR. When doing dumbbell goblet squats, think about driving through your heels and squeezing your glutes at the top. For dumbbell RDLs, focus on feeling the stretch in your hamstrings (as in the 'hammies' part of the OCR) and glutes as you lower, then squeezing your glutes powerfully to stand up. With hip thrusts, explode up, pause and squeeze hard at the top, making sure your hips are fully extended. And for cable kickbacks, concentrate on isolating that glute muscle with each kick. 2. Progressive Overload is Your Best Friend: To grow, your muscles need to be challenged more over time. The OCR mentioned sets like '2 warm up, 2 working, 1 back off set'. For those working sets, aim to increase the weight, reps, or sets over time. If you’re doing 30lb dumbbells for RDLs now, next time try to do more reps, or gradually move up to 35lb when your form is solid. Don't be afraid to push yourself! That 'final push before you can't lift anymore' feeling is where the magic happens. 3. Form Over Weight, Always: It's tempting to lift heavy, but bad form can lead to injury and less glute activation. For hip thrusts, ensure your upper back is stable on the bench and your shins are vertical at the top. For cable kickbacks, keep your core tight and avoid arching your back. Watch videos, record yourself, and don't hesitate to ask for form checks. Getting those glutes to fire correctly is key. 4. Fuel and Recover: Your muscles don't grow in the gym; they grow when you rest and refuel. Make sure you're eating enough protein to support muscle repair and growth, and getting adequate sleep. Hydration is also super important. Think of it as giving your glutes the building blocks they need to 'up' themselves! Incorporating these tips helped me turn a tough workout into a truly effective glute-building session. You'll not only feel the burn but start seeing those amazing results you're working so hard for!
