again im not sharing any measurements because what YOU need to fuel YOUR BODY is different than what i need !! bio individuality is so important to remember when using social media for advice or tips — WE ARE ALL DIFFERENT SO OUR NEEDS ARE ALL DIFFERENT ! i also strongly encourage anyone interested in body building or changing their diet, to talk to a licensed dietician or certified trainer who is knowledgable in this sport & all the science !! i am just starting out, and am still studying to be a certified pt. i am definitely still learning (and will forever be learning more) and love sharing while i learn, but in no way am i an expert ! AT ALL šŸ«¶šŸ¼šŸ«¶šŸ¼šŸ«¶šŸ¼

... Read moreIn training for a bikini competition, nutrition plays a crucial role in preparing your body. A meal plan tailored to your needs can help maximize performance levels and recovery. Essential components include a balance of macronutrients: proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. Incorporate meal options such as egg whites, lean proteins, and a variety of vegetables to ensure nutrient density. It's important to stay hydrated with water and electrolyte drinks for optimal function during workouts. Supplements can aid your fitness journey; consider including protein powders for muscle recovery and amino acids to support your training. Additionally, diversity in your diet is vital. Experiment with healthy fats like avocado and nuts, choosing options that align with your fitness goals. Remember, as you evolve through your fitness journey, working with a licensed nutritionist or trainer can provide personalized guidance tailored to your individual needs. Prioritize knowledge-sharing and continue exploring wellness practices that resonate with you, fostering growth in both your fitness and dietary habits.
