low calorie fall squash salad 🥬🍎

one of my favorite parts about fall, is all the yummy foods we eat at this time of year !!

this salad is so simple, tasty, and very calorie friendly !

what you need !!

- kale

- squash

- apple

- dried cranberries

- walnuts

- feta

dressing:

- dijon mustard

- maple syrup

- water

1. chop up all your ingredients

2. season squash with salt & pepper

3. air fry at 350F for 18-22 minutes

4. assemble salad

5. for dressing, mix 1/8 cup of dijon, 1 tsp of maple syrup, and water (enough to make it as thin as you want)

6. toss salad and enjoy !!
