* @groundworks cold brew coffee ☕️

* digestion drink (on an empty stomach): aloe vera juice, water, @goultima electrolytes 🍋

* supplements: pepzin gi, omega 3, ubiquinol, ginger root, d3+k2, citrus bergamot, l-glutamine 💊

* overnight oats: oats, water, peanut butter, blueberries 🫐🥣

* egg whites (yea they’re cold but lowkey obsessed🤭)

the amount of oats i bring varies depending on whether im following a rest day or lifting diet, but i truly look forward to this meal every day
