start TODAY not when you feel ready !!!!!
forever & ever & ever i’ll be a fan of doing it messy instead of never doing it !!!
because the girls who see results aren’t the ones who waited until they had the perfect plan, the perfect schedule, or the perfect amount of motivation.
they’re the ones who started before they felt ready 🥹
show up with what you have.
do what you can.
repeat.
that’s how confidence is built.
that’s how results happen. 💫

One powerful lesson I've learned on my fitness journey is that perfection is often the enemy of progress. You don't need a perfect plan, flawless motivation, or the perfect schedule to start working towards fat loss or fitness goals. Instead, consistency with what you have and what you can do today is what truly matters. For example, it doesn't matter if you can't commit to working out every day. Even 3 workouts a week can move you forward if you show up with intention. You don't have to track every single calorie perfectly; focusing on eating whole foods rich in protein can make a significant difference. Walking for just 30 minutes counts more than obsessing over 10,000 steps. I remember waking up some mornings without feeling ready or motivated. But I made a commitment to start regardless—I’d wake up 30 minutes earlier or focus on just getting some movement in, however messy. Over time, this approach built my confidence and helped me break free from unhealthy cycles like bingeing and restricting. What really stuck with me from the phrase "start today not when you feel ready" is that progress in fitness is a journey of imperfect actions repeated consistently. It’s about showing up with what you have, doing what you can, and trusting that the results will follow. So, if you're hesitant to start because you think you need perfect conditions—don’t wait. Start with small, manageable actions. Your commitment to consistency over perfection can transform your body and mindset more than you expect.
