With over 15,000 followers, I've realized how important it is to share a little more about who I am beyond just my posts. Being a wife and mom shapes a huge part of my daily life, but my role as a recreational therapist brings a unique perspective to how I approach content creation. It’s a blend of empathy, creativity, and intentional living that I hope comes through in everything I share. What’s truly special about this space is the connection we build — whether you're new here or have been following for a while. Sharing my faith as a follower of Jesus also plays a central role in how I live and create. We’ve all been there something just totally f**ks up our mood & inevitably our day. BUUUT good news is some small actions can totally change that. #1 : Walking, it releases endorphins and increases dopamine, the "happy hormone.” It also reduces cortisol which is the stress hormone 😖

2 Years since I got rid of social media

✨Honestly I got ride of it for personal reasons. Me as a person idk why I used to always feel like I’m in competition with people on social media even if I didn’t know them in person. So deleting these social medias honestly helped me focus on me🫶🏼. It’s like a getting to know yourself experience.
