Have the opportunity to participate in the Vision Board Workshop, an activity that allows us to try to "visualize our future," whether it's work, health, finance, relationships, or even small dreams in our hearts.

🔎 The interesting thing is that a study by the Dominican University of California (2015) found that
People who "write or clearly see their goals" are 42% more likely to succeed than those who think in their hearts alone!!

📌 in this workshop, we tried to paste images that reflected what we wanted to do, wanted to be, and wanted to have.

1. Clearly: From what I thought broadly, when I saw it on the board, it was like the brain linked together.
.
2. Encouragement: Every time you look at the board, it seems to have positive energy, reminding you, "We're going this way."

3. Easier to act: the image becomes a small plan of what to start with today.

✨ personally believes that the Vision Board is not an amulet or superstition, but a "psychological tool" that allows us to have more Focus + Motivation.
