Focusing on protein
Another WIED # 3!! I hit legs and did 25 minutes on the stairmaster + walked 2.2 miles on an incline of 12 on the Tred!! Overall, a good day of eats and making my body feel good!! Total protein: 115.2g #lemon8diarychallenge #caloriedeficit #protein #foodisfuelforthebody

WIED trying to eat more protein and lose fat!! I am just starting this process and am recovering from an ed so I’m pushing myself to eat 3 meals a day instead of 2!! Im currently lifting and doing cardio in the gym which I really enjoy!!
