4. Memotive technique

- Link content to everyday situations.

- Summary of short Bullet points.

- Update on your own page or social.

And finally, to act as planned...To get good results, explain the practice through small or atomic habits.

1. Make it clear

• Place the book in an easy place to see, such as on a desk or headboard.

• Set a reading time in the calendar or Notion to remind yourself.

2. Make it interesting

• Choose a book that you are really interested in, not because you should read it.

• Create a reading atmosphere

3. Make it easy

• Divide the book into periods of reading each day.

• Use the technique to read in groups of words and guess their meaning from context instead of stopping every word.

4. Makes you feel good

• Line, highlight and record your thoughts.

• Reward yourself at the end of each week.
