THE LIFESTYLE & DIET THAT CHANGED MY LIFE!!
i used to be vegan, and i was all for it. i loved it, and thought i felt good, until i didn’t. i wasn’t getting enough quality protein and my body wasn’t able to absorb the nutrients it needed as the foods weren’t as bioavailable for my body. however, i was hesitant to change as a big part of being vegan was moral for me, but eventually i felt so low energy and unwell that i had to change something. finally, i started adding eggs to my diet, and it made such. a. difference. my symptoms started to vanish, my energy returned, and my body/hunger finally felt satisfied. eventually, i expanded to other high quality and well-sourced animal products from there. it CHANGED my body, mood, mental clarity, energy levels, and so much more.
i used to also do a TON of cardio. i loved the adrenaline high it would give me, but it put my body under so much stress that i felt puffy and uncomfortable. i felt like i retained all water weight and it affected my confidence. however, then o started experimenting with strength training and weight lifting, and eventually committed to it and replaced intense long runs with long walks. eventually, more bioavailable protein and weight lifting has completely transformed my health, my body, and the way i feel!
i’m sharing my story as it could potentially help someone who was in my shoes back then, struggling to figure out why i felt the way i did and frustrated with a lack of progress in regards to my health. everyone’s body works a little differently and it’s a journey of finding what works best for you! listen to your body and eventually it will tell you what it needs ❤️

Many individuals exploring dietary changes can relate to the transformative journey of addressing nutrient absorption and personal health needs. Switching from a vegan diet to incorporating animal products often stems from a quest for better nutrition and energy levels. Recent studies indicate that bioavailable nutrients, such as those found in eggs and high-quality meats, can significantly boost energy and overall health. Strength training, paired with an adjusted diet, has proven to enhance muscle tone and improve metabolic rates, creating a holistic approach to wellness. When it comes to exercise, finding a balance between cardio and resistance training is crucial. While cardio can be beneficial for cardiovascular health, excessive endurance training without adequate recovery can lead to fatigue and stress on the body. Strength training not only builds muscle but also supports hormonal balance and improves mental health. It’s essential to listen to your body during this process—monitoring how dietary changes affect your mood, energy, and physical performance can guide your actions. Ultimately, everyone’s journey to wellness is unique, necessitating a tailored approach that prioritizes personal health and happiness.
