Additionally, hydrating well and enjoying a nutritious meal afterwards helps my body feel energized and cared for. I also encourage setting boundaries on this day to avoid stressors that drain your energy. Whether that means turning off work notifications or spending quality time doing something you love, prioritizing yourself is key. Remember, self-care isn’t just about pampering but about cultivating habits that enhance your overall wellness — mentally, physically, and emotionally. Sharing these routines with your friends or community can also foster support and motivation on your self-care journey. Give yourself permission to recharge—you deserve it!
