Favorite Sam’s Club Snacks For Weightloss ✨

I loveeeeee grocery shopping in Sam’s, with a family of 5 I always have to shop in bulk anyway. But they have soooo many different healthier snack options, I’ll have to do this in a few more parts just to get everything!

I’m a huge snacker and some busy days I snack more than I eat 😅😅. So with that being said I definitely had to start exploring more snack options that would ruin the hard work I’ve put in.

If you don’t have a membership with Sam’s then get one or find somebody who does lol. Costco is really good too I definitely plan to get a membership there next, especially with the way my family will eat us out of house and home 😂😂😂😂

For me, a big part of staying on track is having convenient, satisfying options ready to go. One of my absolute go-to categories is anything that helps curb my sweet tooth without a sugar overload. Those Dole No Sugar Added fruit cups are a game-changer. They’re a childhood classic, but as an adult watching my intake, the "no sugar added" part is key. They're perfect for a quick snack, packed in lunchboxes, or even as a light dessert. Similarly, the Mott's No Sugar Added Applesauce cups are another fantastic find. Often overlooked, applesauce is an excellent source of fiber, which is crucial for satiety and digestive health. I find these so convenient to grab when I need something subtly sweet and refreshing. Then there are the frozen delights! I've been obsessed with the Member's Mark Organic Acai Bowls. These come in convenient 8 oz. portions, usually in a 4 ct. pack, making them perfectly sized for a quick breakfast or a satisfying, fiber-rich treat.
