I loveeeeee grocery shopping in Sam’s, with a family of 5 I always have to shop in bulk anyway. But they have soooo many different healthier snack options, I’ll have to do this in a few more parts just to get everything!
I’m a huge snacker and some busy days I snack more than I eat 😅😅. So with that being said I definitely had to start exploring more snack options that would ruin the hard work I’ve put in.
If you don’t have a membership with Sam’s then get one or find somebody who does lol. Costco is really good too I definitely plan to get a membership there next, especially with the way my family will eat us out of house and home 😂😂😂😂

With so many bulk options, it's easy to fill your cart with less-than-ideal snacks. But after a lot of trial and error (and a few membership cards!), I've discovered that Sam's Club is actually a treasure trove for better-for-you snacks that support a weight loss journey, even with a big family to feed! For me, a big part of staying on track is having convenient, satisfying options ready to go.
One of my absolute go-to categories is anything that helps curb my sweet tooth without a sugar overload. Those Dole No Sugar Added fruit cups are a game-changer. They’re a childhood classic, but as an adult watching my intake, the "no sugar added" part is key. They're perfect for a quick snack, packed in lunchboxes, or even as a light dessert. Similarly, the Mott's No Sugar Added Applesauce cups are another fantastic find. Often overlooked, applesauce is an excellent source of fiber, which is crucial for satiety and digestive health. I find these so convenient to grab when I need something subtly sweet and refreshing.
Then there are the frozen delights! I've been obsessed with the Member's Mark Organic Acai Bowls. These come in convenient 8 oz. portions, usually in a 4 ct. pack, making them perfectly sized for a quick breakfast or a satisfying, fiber-rich treat. They're also an excellent source of antioxidants and have no artificial flavors, which is a huge win for me. Sometimes I'll add a few extra berries or a sprinkle of low-sugar granola to boost the crunch. It feels like a decadent dessert but keeps me aligned with my weight loss goals.
For protein powerhouses, you can't beat the Oikos Triple Zero Blended Greek Yogurt. I usually pick up the large 18-pack with assorted flavors like strawberry, mixed berry, and vanilla. The "Triple Zero" means zero sugar, zero artificial sweeteners, and zero fat, while still delivering plenty of protein to keep me full and satisfied between meals. I love making a quick yogurt bowl with some fresh fruit and a tiny sprinkle of that Member's Mark granola I mentioned earlier – it's a super customizable and delicious snack.
And let's be real, sometimes you just need a serious treat. That's where the Keto Salted Caramel Almond Crunch ice cream bars come in. Finding a "zero added sugar" ice cream bar that actually tastes good is a miracle, and these deliver! They feel indulgent without the guilt, making them a fantastic swap for traditional high-sugar ice creams. Another brilliant find for satisfying chocolate cravings without overdoing it are the Tru Fru Nature's Strawberries. These are milk chocolate-covered strawberries, and the best part? They're only 90 calories per serving! It's such a genius way to get that fruit, chocolate, and cold treat combo, but in a perfectly portioned, lower-calorie way.
My biggest tip for shopping at Sam's Club for weight loss is to focus on these "snack swaps" – looking for better-for-you versions of your favorite treats. Always check labels for "no sugar added," "excellent source of fiber," or high protein content. Buying in bulk means you can stock up on these healthier options, making it easier to resist less healthy alternatives when hunger strikes. It's all about making those small, consistent choices that lead to big results on your weight loss journey. Happy snacking!
So question… for the yogurt, what’s your take on chaboni!! I don’t technically do the zero sugar one but it took me some time getting used to it all together!!
I just purchased the Açaí bowls can’t wait to try it
