Chicken mince with 2 eggs pinch of salt onions and garlic mix it properly put it a side Then a bit of oil and fry the mince for 3/4 minutes then add 1 spoon of tomato paste and stir for a minute then a cup of hot water cook for 5 minutes all done enjoy with sticky rice or noodles 👌
