I’ve been on and off my fitness and wellness journey this entire year, and although I have noticed some changes in my body, there’s so much more to be done! So here’s what I plan to do differently: 💖 GET IN 10K STEPS - one week this summer I walked everyday for a week and noticed immediate ch
