Period Hack! My Cramps were gone when I tried this

Hibiscus 🌺 a flower also known in other countries such as Mexico or Jamaica as Jamaica( ham-i-ka)or Sorrel. Is a dried flower tea.

Its my number 1 period hack! I came across it during research to find alternative ways to manage my #periodpain other than pharmacueticals.

The tea when consumed preferably before but also during your cycle helps reduce cramps. I also noticed any inflammation such as bloating is reduced as well! Its used in #ayurveda medicine.

Sometimes I drink it by its self but most times I mix with a juice and it blends so well like cranberry juice. Which is also good for vaginal health. A must try!
