Definitely back in that mode!! Full Body Friday was a success...a little mid but definitely a success...that first day back is the hardest 😆 Weights were low asf [10 and 15 pounds] and reps were like 6-8...but I did 4 sets. Honestly it's not even about the weights and sets right now
